Our Services
Everything your new build needs — electrical, HVAC, solar, and smart home.
We handle both electrical and HVAC under one roof, with solar backup and smart home integration to match. All planned from the design phase.
New Construction Electrical
Custom homes, higher-end spec homes, and small commercial. We don't just wire houses — we design electrical systems that are clean, serviceable, and built to handle what's coming next. From panel work to landscape lighting, every circuit is planned with the full picture in mind.
- Panel work and clean, serviceable wiring
- Interior & exterior lighting design
- Low-voltage: data, TV, network, APs, cameras
- EV charger and hot-tub pre-wiring
- Hardwired TV and computer connections
- Whole-home surge protection
New Construction HVAC
We spec variable-speed heat pumps and AC systems that run low and slow — no more hard on/off cycling that spikes your power bill and wears out equipment. Our duct systems are sealed and spray-foamed so you're not losing 20% of your heating and cooling into the attic like the average house.
- Variable-speed heat pumps and AC systems
- Efficient, airtight duct systems
- Proper sizing and airflow balancing
- Spray-foamed hard duct where applicable
Solar & Backup Power
We're not a mass-market solar sales operation. We design backup and off-grid capable systems — battery storage, generator integration, and whole-home backup for when the grid goes down. Cabins, barns, and homes that need to keep running no matter what.
- Whole-home battery backup systems
- Off-grid capable installations
- Generator integration and transfer switches
Smart Home & Controls
Lutron lighting control systems with whole-property scenes — party mode, movie night, welcome home. Ubiquiti networks that actually cover every room. Structured cabling that means your TVs and computers are hardwired, not fighting for Wi-Fi bandwidth.
- Lutron lighting control systems
- Ubiquiti network design and installation
- Whole-property scene integration
- Camera systems for homes and commercial
Common Questions
Builders and homeowners ask us these a lot.
Do you handle both electrical and HVAC for new construction?
Yes. We're licensed in both trades in Utah and we handle both scopes under one roof. When you award us both, we take 5% off each bid — fewer subs, fewer coordination problems, and a system designed to work together from day one.
What's a variable-speed HVAC system and why does it matter?
A variable-speed system ramps its compressor and blower up and down continuously instead of cycling hard on and off. That means quieter operation, lower power spikes, tighter temperature control, and noticeably lower monthly utility bills. It also pairs much better with battery backup systems.
Why does your ductwork matter?
The average home loses roughly 20% of its heating and cooling into the attic through leaky duct. We install airtight, spray-foamed hard duct so the air your system produces actually reaches the room it's meant for. The result is a measurable efficiency gain and an HVAC system that runs less to do more.
Do you do residential service calls?
We focus on new construction — custom homes, high-end spec homes, and small commercial. We're not the right fit if you need someone to swap a single outlet. Our sweet spot is planning and installing complete electrical and HVAC systems from the design phase forward.
Which areas of Southern Utah do you serve?
St. George, Hurricane, Washington, Ivins, Cedar City, Page, Littlefield, Hildale, and Colorado City. If you're building in the region and not sure whether we cover your site, reach out — we'll let you know.
Need both electrical and HVAC? Save 5% on each.
