What does AV stand for?
Add Value. It's our slogan, and it's also how we bid, build, and operate. If something doesn't add long-term value to the project, we don't spec it.
Why do you focus on new construction instead of service?
Because planning makes the biggest difference on new builds. When we're involved from the design phase, we can catch conflicts on paper before construction — which saves the builder money and delivers a better-performing finished home.
Do you work with builders and general contractors?
Yes — that's most of our work. We're a planning and procurement partner: we create the solutions on paper, then carry them out. We review truss drawings and equipment locations early and coordinate with the other trades. And when a job comes pre-engineered, as commercial work often does, we install to plan.
